About Me

Jazlynne is currently working at Gloucester Stage Company in Gloucester, MA on Moon Man Walk as the PSM.

Jazlynne is dedicated to stage managing a diverse range of productions that amplify the power of storytelling, inspire new thinking, and spark exploration. Her work actively promotes diversity, inclusivity, and acceptance by elevating the voice of every artist involved - from the ones captivating the audience onstage, to the ones crafting an illusion behind it. She adapts effortlessly to any pace and excels in a unified community. Jazlynne's passion for creating exceptional, inclusive, safe, and beautiful theatre is undeniable and steadfast. From the first rehearsal to the final curtain call, her fierce tenacity and genuine warmth ensure that every production she touches operates smoothly and successfully.

Her love for stage managing lies in the processes of collaboration, communication, and creation. She enjoys witnessing ideas evolve from a written page into a tangible piece of live art. Jazlynne flourishes when developing interpersonal connections and showing genuine care for everyone involved, all while helping to maintain the core artistic vision.

Jazlynne has worked across the United States and Canada, fueling her passion for exploring new regions and companies. Before joining Gloucester Stage, her career took her to the historic Opera House in Stonington, Maine; across the oceans aboard Virgin Voyages' newest ship, the Brilliant Lady; through a full season creating wonderful worlds at the Penobscot Theatre Company in Bangor, Maine, and working with Jersey Boys on Long Island, New York (that's ironic).

Some of her stage management credits include touring as the Assistant Stage Manager for Stranger Things: The Experience and touring as the Stage Manager for The Queen's Ball: A Bridgerton Experience, both co-produced by Netflix and Fever. Jazlynne loved the fast-paced nature of touring and excelled in embracing new facets of stage management, all while keeping company with Demogorgons and the Queen's court alike - what a fun combo!

Her extensive background with large-scale projects and musicals—including The Rocky Horror Show, Jersey Boys, A Bridgerton Experience, A Christmas Carol, Blood Brothers, Footloose, A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder, and 9 to 5: The Musical—highlights her strong organizational skills, impressive communication, and contagious charisma. Conversely, her work on intimate productions like Moon Man Walk and Matinicus drives her to be exceptionally detail-oriented, focusing on storytelling nuances while supporting smaller casts through vulnerable, emotionally charged content.

Well-versed in classical theatre and farce, Jazlynne is proud of her rigorous, in-depth work on Shakespeare’s Richard III, Twelfth Night, and a new adaptation of his work, (Lady) Macbeth. Her versatile portfolio also features celebrated comedic thrillers, including Alfred Hitchcock's The 39 Steps and Dial M for Murder.

Above all, she thrives on the magic of collaboration. By cultivating meaningful connections every step of the way, Jazlynne loves bringing a shared artistic vision to life and creating unforgettable experiences for audiences across any region.
